Manor house from the 1940s, which preserves its layout inside and out, in the middle of the vineyards, located in the village of Ancas, municipality of Anadia, about 20 km from Aveiro, to the North, and Coimbra, to the South. The property underwent improvement work in 2000. The frames and windows are made of aluminum and double glazing, it has gas central heating. On the ground floor we have 2 special bedrooms to the east, one of them with original wallpaper. Hall with old tiles and worked ceiling (original). Kitchen and a large pantry (still original). The living room has 2 windows to the West and an exit door to the porch at the front of the house. It has a large fireplace with stove and the wallpaper on the walls is the original.
